Institute of Research Advances (IRA) is an institutional reviewer and publisher of research and scholarly works created by vast community of researchers, authors, thinkers, scientists and academics.
Institute of Research Advances (IRA) is a member of Publishers International Linking Association Inc. (PILA)-Crossref and has been issued with Digital Object Identifier (DOI) prefix for assigning DOIs to the published articles/papers and other documents as published or to be published in the IRA journals.
IRA adopts to world class norms of research assessment and publishing. IRA has mandated ‘open accessibility’ in its published research and other scholarly works thereby presenting the community with value ideas free of any charge or cost.
The IRA journals are the monthly peer reviewed and open access publications. The journals utilize the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journals for purposes of preservation and restoration.
The IRA journals advocate for the open access in the scientific information dissemination and research promotion. The IRA journals adopt to the mandate of open access as per UNESCO’s Global Open Access Portal. The journals are the signatory to the Budapest Open Access Initiative. For sharing the scientific information and to make the published works universally available to enhance the readership and promotion of the newer scholarly ideas and knowledge, the journal complies with the Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH) as promoted by Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, the Coalition for Networked Information, the Digital Library Federation, Microsoft Corporation, the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, and the National Science Foundation, USA and hosted by Cornell University Library, USA.
